NCIAVHR Presents 13th Report at UN Palace in Geneva

The National Commission to Investigate Alleged Violations of Human Rights (NCIAVHR) today presented its Thirteenth Periodic Report and updates on the human rights situation in Yemen during a panel discussion held in Geneva, Switzerland, on the sidelines of the 60th session of the Human Rights Council.

Opening the event, Judge Ahmed Al-Maflahi, Chairman of the Commission, outlined the most significant developments in Yemen’s human rights landscape during the reporting period, highlighting the key findings and conclusions of the Commission’s recent work.

Commission members also delivered a detailed presentation of the report’s statistics and data, highlighting the main areas of investigation and the results of extensive field monitoring conducted across several governorates—despite ongoing humanitarian and security challenges.
